Camwhoreran Highlands Day 2 part 2, Day 3 the end

We continue where we left off, with ROUND 2 of hill climbing. this time towards the hills just behind the MNS nature center. the sunset light made taking photos glorius.

true camwhores at heart, we risked our lives climbing out unto a rock stiking out the side of the hill to take snaps.

DINNER. steamboat. too much food.

AFTER DINNER. wine. pillow talk. panda hugging.

the morning after. time to go. sob.

no time to be sad, camwhoreran highlanders are always ready with a smile for the camera, we'll make even the ringlet bus stop look glam baybeh. enjoy coce yo.

spot the hawt bus passenger.

back in KL, spot the klang "valley".

one last look at our home for 3 days and 2 nights and 700+ photos.

it was a wonderful trip. let's make it our yearly pilgrimage, seeing how several members of this years expedition were at camwhoreran highlands as well hehe. love and peace and teh tarik to all.

Camwhoreran Highlands Day 2 part 1
the day begins with us grudingly gettng out of bed, too groggy to really notice the scenery. (it's green, and it's tea, after a while it gets monotonous hehehe)

breakfast gets us going, with homemade chapati and tosai. and more teh tarik. The dhal habis jual.

next, we went of trampling thru the green. camwhore session begins. the group splits into two at the moment cos leen, ken and rach got stuck on a rock.

macam ciggarette ad yo.

enjoy Coce yo.

we managed to catch up with one another and stopped by the road for our packed lunch. we are joined by Lambo, our temporary guide dog and pet.

random scenery on route to...

the TEA HOUSE. where we climb up to the view point and yes, you guessed it....

...camwhore session begins again.

the high altitude = less oxigen to brain = unusual behaviour

the highlands bring out the poser in you.

can you feel it?! the camwhore energy?!

yeap, smiling and taking photos (and walking 3 km up and down slopes from MNS centre) is a tough job. time for a nap.

i got bored, and started jumping.

soon, everyone joined in.

to achieve better altitude, we had to resort to using accesories

jumping got old (and tiring), so time to DUDUK SEKSI ATAS BATU (new hotseller vcd in pasar malam)

sit on mountain. see leen's mountains.

after photo session, twas time for the quintessential pseudo british cameron's experience. TEA.

we got a ride from one the tea tractors goin up and down the plantation for a quick and violent trip halway towards the MNS session. named highlight of the trip by general concensus hehehe

it never ends. i'm running out of ideas for captions. we got back safely to the MNS centre.

more random scenery. to be continued...

Camwhoreran Highlands DAY ONE
rachel coined that term, genius i tell you.

anyways, aly has got out the first series of posts on camerons, head on over there if you wanna see the whole trip in one go.

me on the other hand, am gonna do an almost blow for blow account of our weekend in the country hehe.

so here goes with... DAY ONE

a good trip begins with a good breakfast: MAMAK near pudu, while waiting for the bus.

road trip! (bling shades automatically ups anyones sexy)

phew, we arrived safely in ringlet, and hop into mrs moorthi's (caretaker) pajero to get to the MNS-BOH field study centre.

en route, we drop by mrs. moorthi's house for lunch, puss play and food pick up. camwhoring ensues on the road outside her place.

we interupt the blog for some over abundant breathless scenery inside and around the BOH estate.

after lunch, we go ahead and start walking towards the MNS centre while mrs M prepares our tea. it starts raining on the way and we berteduh by the roadside till mrs M came and picked us up hehe.

fwooh we finally arrive at the field study centre. Time for karipap and teh tarik and Taboo.

BBQ dinner. nuff said.

Taboo continues. This time with added Baileys. luckily we had the whole place to ourselves that night, a bunch of tipsy 20-somethings with a game involving shouting out guesses is considered a hazardous source of sound pollution. bloody fun tho. wahaha.

amazingly enough we finished ALL the cards in taboo. on all sides. and then it was after 4 am, time for bed and looking forward to another fruitful day...

to be continued....
